I am proficient at using all software programs required for the role. I was mainly in charge of providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving any IT related issues, installing and configuring various software applications and working on the improvement of network systems in organizations that I have worked with. This experience has provided me with a great chance to develop to further develop my field knowledge and helped me to significantly improve my critical thinking and analytical skills that are necessary for this role.

I also do have enough experience and skills in database systems and administration, network management, network monitoring and diagnosis and web programming.
