IT SUPPORT INTERN
Provided end users with technical assistance for troubleshooting,
setting up, and maintaining computer systems, software, and
peripherals. Using the help desk ticketing system, incidents and
resolutions were recorded and tracked. Those with Active Directory
accounts were helped with, ensuring user access and security
compliance. Also performed software patches and updates to
guarantee system security and performance improvement and
helped with the growth and development of IT.
