How It Works: When Raising a Dispute
Initiate the Dispute
From your dashboard, select the job or service in question and click "Raise a Dispute." Provide details about the issue and upload any supporting evidence.
Review & Mediation
Our team will review the dispute and mediate between you and the freelancer to find a fair resolution.
Resolution
Depending on the complexity of the issue, the dispute will be resolved within 7–14 days.
Refund (if applicable)
If the freelancer fails to deliver as agreed, your payment in escrow will be refunded.
