We’re seeking an experienced consultant who specializes in Zoho Books and QuickBooks migrations to:
- Migrate our accounting and inventory data from QuickBooks Desktop to Zoho Books without compromising historical records.
- Set up user permissions so our sales team can generate quotes but not invoices (avoiding accounting errors).
- Integrate Zoho CRM Products (boats) with Zoho Books for smoother workflows.
- Evaluate and configure Zoho Inventory for accurate reporting on inventory movement, daily stock levels, and profitability.
- Provide best-practice guidance for managing accounting, sales, and inventory across Zoho One without disrupting current operations.
- Proven track record with multiple QuickBooks → Zoho Books migrations.
- Strong knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem (Books, CRM, Inventory, Finance).
- Experience with dealerships, retail inventory, or high-ticket product sales.
- Ability to design a step-by-step migration plan and support optimization post-migration.
- Detailed migration roadmap with minimal downtime.
- Tailored Zoho Books/Inventory configuration aligned with our dealership model.
- Staff training/documentation for quotes, invoicing, and inventory workflows.
- Post-migration review to confirm data accuracy and reporting functionality.
